Grand Master Paul Cutler IX Dan.
This course was also run and conducted in the format originally designed and taught to us by Pioneer First Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha, in conjunction with the combined Official Tournament Rules and Regulations of all of the Major International ITF Groups .
The purpose of which was to allow our Umpires to comfortably officiate at any of the Major, National or International tournaments we’re often invited to attend.
Similarly we had TWO levels of Umpire qualifications within A.C.E. Firstly the National Umpire, who would be taught to officiate as a corner Judge, and at the latter stage an International Umpire who would be taught more responsible roles such as Referee and overall control of a ring.
